Requirements:
To qualify for this role in Arizona, candidates must meet the following:

Masters degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution

Active Arizona Occupational Therapy License issued by the Arizona Board of Occupational Therapy Examiners

Current Department of Education fingerprint clearance card

Knowledge of IDEA (Individuals with Disabilities Education Act) and school-based service delivery models

Pediatric or school-based experience preferred
Job Duties:

Evaluate students fine and gross motor, sensory, and adaptive skills using standardized assessments

Develop individualized treatment plans and integrate them into the educational environment

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care

Document progress and adjust goals according to student performance and IEP requirements

Provide consultation and in-service support for classroom adaptations and assistive technology
